Bordering eight countries, Tanzania boasts having a long Indian ocean coastal line that is endowed with many islands that make up the country a united republic such as the island of Pemba, Mafia islands and the Famous Zanzibar Island is also known as Unguja Island.
Largely in size, Tanzania offers a large platform for Africa’s tallest mountain, and though its 4th tallest in the world, it is considered as the world’s tallest free-standing mountain seen with its own glory of snow.

Several iconic lakes in Africa are found in the blessed land, Lake victoria as the largest lake in Africa has part in Tanzania, whereas the second largest and deepest lake in Africa, Lake Tanganyika which has unique species of fish can be found in the west.
With over 20 national parks, reserves, and marine parks, Tanzania has enormous different animal life with lions having the highest count in the world. The famous Serengeti National park, Lake Manyara, Tarangire, and Ngorongoro National reserve offer more easy safari drives. Its also blessed with a dense forest landscape, as well as the largest uninterrupted major waterfall in Africa, Kalambo falls.
